Ankita Lokhande says ‘main khud baby hoon’ as she dismisses pregnancy rumours

There have been reports that Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain are expecting their first child together. The reports surfaced after fans speculated that she is pregnant. Recently, she shared a few pictures from her vacation with Vicky Jain in Goa, where the latter had placed his hand on Ankita’s stomach. Fans started speculating that Ankita is pregnant. The actress has broken silence on baby plans.

Ankita made the comment on the dance reality show DID Super Moms. In the promo of the show, Ankita is seen along with her Pavitra Rishta co-actor Usha Nadkarni in a special episode. Ankita was also joined by judge Urmila Matondkar for a performance on Rangeela Rangeela. Urmila’s co-judge actor Bhagyashree, and Usha Nadkarni, cheered for both.

After their performance, host Jay Bhanushali, refering to DID Super Moms, asked Ankita, “Bata bhi do kab super mom aap ban rahi hain (please tell us when are you becoming a super mom).” Ankita replied in a comic way in baby tone as she said, “Abhi to main baby hoon, khud baby hoon (I myself am only a baby now).”

So, Ankita has indirectly said that she is not planning for a baby anytime soon now; putting all the speculations to rest.

In the same episode, during one of the acts that was dedicated to late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Ankita was moved to tears.

Ankita and Vicky got married in December last year. The couple was last seen together on the show, Smart Jodi!
