Anupamaa star Rupali Ganguly is ‘estatic’ as husband and son visit her on sets: Home is where the heart is

With the Maharashtra COVID curfew in place, the shootings of TV shows have been shifted to other locations. While some are shooting in Goa, others in Hyderabad, Daman and so now. Television’s most popular show Anupamaa has shifted its base to Silvassa. Yes, team Anupamaa is shooting in Silvassa in a bio-bubble. This means, that the actors are away from their families. Naturally, in these difficult times, actors must be missing their family members.

Rupali Ganguly, who plays the lead role in Anupamaa, was also missing her family. And she recently received the most ‘special surprise’ from her dear ones. Well, Rupali’s husband and son, visited her on the relocated sets of Anupamaa and left the actress beaming in happiness. Rupali Ganguly was beyond happy as her ‘men’ visited her on the sets of Anupamaa, while she was away from home, shooting for the show.

The actress took to her Instagram handle to share some beautiful family photos. She penned a heartwarming note, expressing how difficult it is for her to stay away from her family. But, she is doing it all to entertain the viewers who have showered so much love on Anupamaa. “Home is where the heart is. Since I can’t go home, my two hearts came to meet me. The men I love most, My Baby and his Baapu,” Rupali expressed.

The Anupamaa star also revealed that this is the ‘first time’ she is away from her son for such a long time. ”Never have left him for more than a day. My heart breaks every time I crave to hug him. Conversations and being with the husband and family is only virtual. Hope this passes soon,” she shared.

Lastly, Rupali also wished that the COVID pandemic ends soon and they jump back to normalcy. She urged everyone to contribute staying hoe and being safe. “Trying times for everyone, for our little ones too as they stay locked up in their homes and are not allowed to step outdoor to play. Please stay home, stay safe and break the chain,” Rupali’s long note ended.

Meanwhile, Anupamaa features Rupali Ganguly, Sudhanshu Pandey, Madalsa Sharma, Alpana Buch, Arvind Vaidya, Paras Kalnawat, Aashish Mehrotra, Muskan Bamne, Shekhar Shukla, Nidhi Shah, Anagha Bhosale, and Tassnim Sheikh. It is the highest TRP grossing show since its beginning on TV.
