Shiv Thakare on equation with Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia
After the grand finale of Bigg Boss 16, we interacted with the runner-up, where he spoke at length about his journey. In an exclusive chat with us, Shiv Thakare opened up about his equation with Bigg Boss 16 co-contestant Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia.
When questioned about his equation with Nimrit, Shiv told Bollywood Bubble, “Pyaar ek baar hota hai na, ache se. Agar show ke liye karna hai, shayad mujhe nahi tha. Mujhe agar ho bhi jaata hai toh main try karta hun ki main last point tak, jab tak hun main tab tak nibhau. (Love happens only once, properly. If I had to fall in love for the show, I wouldn’t be able to do it. Even if I fell in love on the show, I would try to be there till the very end with that person, until the time I am in the show.)“
The Bigg Boss 16 runner-up added, “Mera hua nahi mera pyaar. (Love didn’t happen for me)“
Speaking about Nimrit further, Shiv Thakare said, “Aur meri friendship bohot hi achi thi, Namya ke saath. Bohot hi achi thi. Badme na main hasa na woh cheez (With Nimrit, my friendship was very good. It was very good. Later I laughed off at the dating rumours).”
He continued, “Aur namya mujhe apna buddy lagta hai. Woh hota hai na apna, bro, woh. Aur hum rahe bhi aise (And Nimrit is like a buddy to me. She is what they call ‘bro’ to me. And, we’ve been like that too).”
