Arjan Bajwa was last seen in ‘Kabir Singh’ and he impressed us with his character. The handsome hunk is all set to make his digital debut with ‘State Of Siege- 26/11’. Arjan is playing the character (Kunal Sahota) inspired by the real-life hero, NSG (National Security Guard) unit head – Col Sunil Sheoran.
It is Arjan’s first role as a commando and he has gone extra miles to get into the skin of the character. While talking about how he prepared for the role, Arjan said, “There was intense training before we started shooting. From using the weapons to body language to carrying the uniform and going completely short hair-we went through a lot of rigorous training.
“The shooting was not difficult but a lot of hard work was involved in replicating the gunfights and the whole rescue operation. After hours you realise that you have gone numb and sweating after hearing so much of gunshots. There was a lot of physical stress also,” added Bajwa.
He also recalled an incident while shooting when we went numb for a couple of hours. He said, “There was a small incident during one of the shoots where there were gunshots. The blasts happened next to my earballs. So, for a couple of hours, my left ear completely went numb. I could hear less for some time and then I recovered.”

Arjan has been in the industry for quite a long time now and he feels that with this role, he will get his due popularity. “Playing an NSG commando is absolutely new for me and I hope people will start looking at me in a very very different way altogether,” concluded Arjan.
