‘Bigg Boss 13’ contestant Arti Singh has always been open about her battle with depression. She was one of the most talked-about contestants on ‘Bigg Boss 13’, as she opened up about the vulnerable times in her life. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Arti opened up about depression amidst the lockdown.

Arti Singh spoke about being depressed in the lockdown and how she dealt with it. While talking to Bollywood Bubble, Arti said that feeling low is fine and no one should be ashamed of it and she has been in the same situation as well. The actress is also stuck at home and she advised people to be prepared. She said that one should talk about it. Find one person with whom you can share your heart out.

The actress said to be the first one to call and not wait for someone to call you up because everyone is stuck in their own lives in this time of lockdown. She even advised people to pray in the morning.

Arti spoke about the release of happy hormones in the body after exercising which is very important for people suffering through depression. She said that this to shall pass, all we have to do is to have hope.
