EXCLUSIVE: Asim Riaz on how Bigg Boss 13 changed his life: I was leaving Mumbai for good and BB 13 happened

Asim Riaz became one of the most known faces in the country after his stint in the Bigg Boss 13 house. His friendship with Sidharth Shukla was much loved by their fans and later his romance with Himanshi Khurana had his fans swooning over them. Asim Riaz was the first runner up of Bigg Boss 13 making Sidharth the winner, but the Sky High singer had his life turned 180 degrees after he left the Bigg Boss house.

Asim garnered an army of fans who love and adore him, moreover support him in all his projects. In an exclusive chat with us, Asim revealed that he was leaving Mumbai when he was offered Bigg Boss 13. The show came as a game-changer in his life.

Talking about his life after Bigg Boss 13, Asim said, “When it came to me, I didn’t get mad. Mujhe pata tha agar yeh aese aayega; nai aaye ga toh nai aayega. That’s why I was packing bags. I was going back on Sunday and on Friday I was in the Bigg Boss house. I was leaving Mumbai for good, I was thinking that this is it. It’s okay, I don’t have to kill my all. I have to live my life as well. There is life also, fame and money keep coming in life but ek sukoon ki zindagi bhi jeeni hai. Everybody wants to have is mental peace. You can have all the money in your life, but if you don’t have mental peace you need help.”

Apart from Bigg Boss, Asim also spoke to us about his earlier days in Bombay when he came from Kashmir to make it big. Asim said he did not even have money for food and he had to take lifts so he does not have to pay for the expensive rickshaw fare.
