Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2 star Disha Parmar believes there’s a connection between her real and reel-life wedding; find out

In the current track of Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2, actors Disha Parmar and Nakuul Mehta’s characters Priya and Ram are all set to get married in the show. Even though both are against marrying each other, Ram and Priya are tying the knot for their families in the show. As the current track has pumped everyone’s excitement, Disha believes there’s a connection between her real (with Rahul Vaidya) and reel life wedding (with Nakuul in the show).

“In my reel wedding my character Priya got married in a simple ceremony, and she was not even interested in getting married. She did it only for her family. While in my real life I got married in an intimate yet grand ceremony with all my loved ones. And I was really happy that I was getting married. These two events were totally different from each other,” she told TOI. 

Stating that both the weddings had no similarities yet Disha thinks both the weddings had the right intent. “Ram and Priya get married for their family, to make them happy. My wedding too happened with the right intentions and for the right reasons. So in this way, yes, both the weddings have a connection,” Disha further added.

For the unversed, Disha Parmar got married to Bigg Boss 14 runner-up Rahul Vaidya on July 16 in an intimate yet grand ceremony with his immediate friends and family in attendance. His friends like Aly Goni and Jasmin Bhasin even marked their presence at his wedding. After the wedding ceremony, Disha and Rahul even hosted a grand wedding reception where he invited his Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 co-contestants.
