Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain! actress Shubhangi Atre aka Angoori Bhabhi tests Covid positive

Another actor has tested positive for Covid-19. Shubhangi Atre aka Angoori Bhabhi of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain! is Covid positive. The actress has confirmed the news to India Today. She has isolated herself and currently under home quarantine. Her husband and daughter have tested negative.

Shubhnagi said that for the past two days she had symptoms. So, she got the RTPCR test done, which came out positive. “I am home quarantined and receiving medical attention at home. My daughter and husband have tested negative for Covid-19. I have isolated myself in a room. My brother-in-law is a doctor. I am following all his instructions,” said the actress.

Talking about the shoot, she said that they haven’t been shooting for the past few days and after shooting for the Holi sequence, they were given a break.

On contracting the virus, Shubhangi said, “I don’t know how I got it. You can never predict how it will hit you. The sad part is, it’s my birthday in a few days, on April 11. Now, I will have to celebrate my birthday alone in a room. I wish to recover soon and would like to urge everyone to take care of themselves as the situation is really bad.”

In September last year, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain’s producer Sanjay Kohli had tested positive and former Anita Bhabhi aka Saumya Tandon’s hairdresser had also tested positive.

In the second wave of Covid-19, the cases have seen a spike and celebs like Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Akshay Kumar, Govinda and others have tested positive for Covid-19 recently.
