‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!’: This ‘Bigg Boss 13’ contestant to step in Saumya Tandon’s shoes?

After the lockdown restrictions were uplifted, the shooting of several shows resumed following the SOPs set by the central government. The team of popular sitcom ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!’ also kickstarted their shoot. However, the latest reports doing the rounds state that actress Saumya Tandon, who is one of the leads of the show will be quitting it soon.

The reports also state that Saumya might be replaced by ‘Bigg Boss 13’ contestant Shefali Jariwala. Read on to know the details.

Saumya Tandon, who plays the role of Anita Bhabhi, in the show is reportedly unwilling to shoot for it amidst the Covid-19 scare. Also recently Saumya’s hairdresser had tested positive for Covid-19. The actress had welcomed her first child with husband Saurabh Devendra Singh in January last year. Apparently the actress doesn’t want to risk the health of her young child and hence she might quit the show.

Reportedly, ‘Kaanta Laga’ fame actress Shefali Jariwala will step in Saumya’s shoes. However, when Telly Chakkar approached Shefali for confirmation, she said, “I can’t talk about it right now.” However neither Saumya nor the makers of ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!’ have confirmed these speculations yet. So all we can do now is wait and watch.
