Bigg Boss 14: Eijaz Khan defends Pavitra Punia against Paras Chhabra’s ‘scandalous ex’ comment

Bigg Boss 14 saw a love story brewing between Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia. Eijaz had even confessed his love for Pavitra inside the house and the duo was seen spending a lot of time together during Eijaz’s temporary exit from the house. Recently, during an interview with Koimoi, Eijaz was asked to comment on Paras Chhabra’s comment against Pavitra wherein he termed his relationship with the latter as a ‘scandalous ex.’

Pavitra and Paras dated for a while before they had an ugly breakup. Paras had claimed that Pavitra was married when he was dating her and it was only after her husband allegedly texted him when he knew the truth. Reacting to it, Eijaz said that everyone has a past and he isn’t bothered by Pavitra’s past. He also clarified that he will not let anyone speak ill about Pavitra on his watch. “I’ve been her support, I will not let anyone badmouth her,” he was quoted saying.

“All of us have a past, if we dig in, there’ll be one thing that we could go to jail for. Trust me, all of us have that past. If you still don’t, you haven’t seen life,” he added and exclaimed that he respects all the mistakes and pasts. He also said that he understands being a public figure, people will talk about it but “we can choose – what to give light to and validate. We will choose what to react to,” he emphasized.

Eijaz might return to the house by the end of the first week of February. He is currently wrapping up a shoot for his movie.
