Bigg Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilaik to make silver screen debut with Rajpal Yadav and Hiten Tejwani; deets inside

TV actress and Bigg Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilaik is all set to make her feature film debut. Yes, you heard it right. She is making her big-screen debut with music composer Palash Muchhal’s directorial debut titled Ardh. The movie will also star actors Hiten Tejwani and Rajpal Yadav. The shooting for Ardh is likely to begin in September this year.

Trade analyst and film critic, Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “RUBINA DILAIK MAKES BIG SCREEN DEBUT… Music composer #PalaashMuchhal – who turns director with #Ardh – has signed #RubinaDilaik for the film… #Palaash has also signed #HitenTejwani for the project… #Ardh stars #RajpalYadav… Filming starts Sept 2021. @Palash_Muchhal (sic).”

It was on June 2, Palash Muchhal announced his film. He took to Twitter to share a picture with Rajpal Yadav and wrote, “All set to start my next (sic).”

Talking about Rubina Dilaik, she is a known face in the television industry. She is currently playing the role of Soumya Singh in Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki. She rose to fame with the role of Radhika in Chotti Bahu opposite Avinash Sachdev. Rubina also appeared in shows like Saas Bina Sasural, Punar Vivah – Ek Nayi Umeed, among others. Her stint in Bigg Boss with her husband Abhinav Shukla was quite popular.
