Bigg Boss 15: Shamita Shetty breaks down after hearing about Miesha Iyer’s parents’ demise; Twitterati lauds her

Shamita Shetty is currently winning the hearts of one and all with her recent sweet gesture towards Bigg Boss 15 co-contestant Miesha Iyer. The actress went on to offer Miesha her sandals after she learned about the death of Iyer’s parents. While the junglewaasis are not allowed to borrow any item from the contestants in the house, Shamita Shetty ensured that Miesha Iyer got what she needed. And, the internet can’t stop singing praises of Shamita’s gesture. Many are applauding the actress for her humble gesture.

It all began when Pratik Sehajpal landed up breaking Miesha Iyer’s sandal. In the recent episode, Miesha got emotional and questioned Pratik why he broke her sandals. She then asked him why he did so, after understanding that she has no one who can send her some necessary items. Pratik understood his mistake and apologized to Iyer.

Shamita Shetty went on and asked Pratik why Miesha said that there is no one to send her the necessary items needed. To which, Sehajpal told Shamita how Miesha has lost her parents. Shetty broke down into tears after learning about Miesha’s parents. She asked Pratik to then send Iyer to the main house. As Iyer entered, Shamita offered her to pick any one pair of her sandals. She said, “Please pick any one of my sandals, whichever colour you like.” Miesha replied, “Yours are expensive, mine were not that expensive.” Then, Shamita said, “That doesn’t matter. Just pick one.” Miesha then reminded Shetty about how the Junglewaasis are not allowed to take anything from the ones in the main house.

While Shamita was helpful towards Miesha, fans of Bigg Boss were flattered by her gesture. On Twitter, one reacted and wrote, “#MieshaIyer more love & strength to her. Losing a parent is the worst feeling in the world, she has lost them both. May God always keep her strong. Classy gesture from #ShamitaShetty for giving Miesha her shoes/sandals. That’s the Shamita we know, she’s won my respect #BB15.” A second fan commented, “Shamita shetty has just given her new sandal to Meisha Iyer cos in one of the task Bigg Boss instructed Shamita to destroy Miesha’s sandal. Sweet gesture from Shamita.” Another fan called Shamita a ‘wonderful human being‘.

Meanwhile, Shamita Shetty is one of the contestants living with Nishant Bhat and Pratik Sehajpal in the Bigg Boss 15 house. She has received immense love and support since her stint on the controversial show.
