Manasvi Mamgai is one of the most talked-about actresses right now. Manasvi who was to be a part of the Salman Khan-hosted show Bigg Boss 17 backed out from the show last minute. But ahead of that, we got in touch with Manasvi and she spoke to us about a lot of things. Manasvi spoke about being a fan of Salman Khan, her initial career days, groupism, and more. Speaking of the latter, Manasvi made it clear that she is against the herd mentality.
Manasvi talks about groupism in Bigg Boss
In the previous Bigg Boss seasons, we have seen a few contestants forming a group to play the game. When asked about groupism in Bigg Boss, Manasvi said, “We all need allies, one cannot live alone, we need friends, but I am against herd mentality. You need to have your individuality.” The actress also mentioned that she can’t stand ‘bullies’. “I cannot see that and might take a stand if that happens,” said Manasvi.
For the uninitiated, Bigg Boss 17 is all about ‘dil, dimaag aur dum’. So, when asked what her strongest suit is, Manasvi said, “Dum is my strongest suit, I am very gutsy. I think I have the confidence and courage. I might not play the mind games, but I understand them very well.”
During the candid chat, Manasvi also admitted that she’s a big fan of Salman Khan. The Tiger 3 actor has returned as the host of Bigg Boss.
That’s not all, Manasvi also opened up about her initial days and said, “I have been in the US for the last 6-7 years, I have not watched Bigg Boss too much. I have seen the first few seasons when Bigg Boss was a rage. I have lived a very interesting life, I have won many beauty contests and I am a boxer, so I am pretty confident about myself.” Adding to that, Manasvi said that she would give her best.
For the unversed, Manasvi has worked in movies such as Ajay Devgn starrer Action Jackson and Katti Batti. She was recently seen in Kajol starrer The Trial: Pyaar, Kanoon Air Dhokha.
As per the latest updates, Manasvi backed out from the show, due to some contractual issues. But from what we hear, she might enter the house later than others if all goes well.
