Bigg Boss 17: Munawar Faruqui REVEALS his ex-wife is married again, shares who has their son’s custody

Bigg Boss 17 recently started on the TV screens, and the show is hitting the headlines already. This year’s contestants list boasts names like Ankita Lokhande, Neil Bhatt and Munawar Faruqui, amongst others. The latter comes to the show after winning the first season of Lock Upp. And during a recent episode of BB 17, he made some emotional revelations about his ex-wife and son.

While as a stand up comic Munawar is used to make people laugh, his past has had some tumultuous times. That includes getting married and separated at a very young age. The comedian made this revelation on Lock Upp, also informing that he has a son. Now, on BB 17, he got emotional as he spoke about them.

Speaking about his son to co-contestant Neil, Munawar said, “I have a 5-year-old son, he has been staying away but he came to me six months back. After being around him for a couple of months I realised what I’ve been missing in life. Since the past 3-4 months I’ve connected a lot to him and I’m missing him a lot. Pura din mein yahin sochta hu ki wo kya kar raha hoga, Woh itna chota sa hai (I think about him the whole day. He is so young).”

Munawar went on to reveal that his ex wife is now remarried, and he has the custody of his son. As for his current personal life, the comic is dating content creator Nazila Sitaishi. They made their relationship Insta official in May 2022.
