Bigg Boss 17: Munawar Faruqui takes potshots at BB after being questioned about getting ‘badnaam’ due to his personal life

In a press conference that took place inside the Bigg Boss 17 house on Saturday, the contestants were asked about their game, fights, journey, and a lot more. Talking about Munawar Faruqui, he was grilled by the journalists. Munawar Faruqui reacted to being accused of moving ahead in the game because of girls in the Bigg Boss 17 house. That’s not all, he was also asked if ‘Munna badnaam hua Bigg Boss ke liye’ given that details about his personal life were revealed on the reality show.

Munawar Faruqui takes a dig at Bigg Boss

Munawar’s personal life has been a topic of discussion for multiple reasons. In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 17, Munawar Faruqui grabbed attention after he was accused of cheating on his ex-wife and double dating Ayesha Khan and his ex-girlfriend Nazila Sitaishi. He was asked ‘Munna badnaam hua Bigg Boss ke liye (You became infamous because of this show)’ and he responded saying, “Bigg Boss ne iss baar mohalle mein 3 makaan basaye aur mere ek do ujaad diye. Main yeh joke mein kehta hoon lekin mein bahut embarrassed hoon uss cheez ko lekar (Bigg Boss united three couples here and destroyed my two relationships. I say this jokingly but I am very embarrassed about that thing).”

He added, “Mein aapki yeh baat se agree karunga ki fans ne mujhe support diya hai kyuki main unse connected raha hoon 4 saal se, toh woh support hai. Kisi ki duayein hai ki maine 2 ka bura kiya hoga toh hazaaron ka acha bhi kiya hoga (I would like to say that fans have supported me because I have been connected with them for 4 years, I have that support. If I have done bad to 2, then I may have done good to thousands too).”

On the other hand, when asked, “Munawar jab bhi Mannara ko jalane ki baari aaye toh Ankita ke kareeb ho gaye, jab Ankita ko jalane ki baari aaye toh Mannara ke kareeb ho gaye. Ladkiyon ka hi istamaal karke aap aage badhe hai (Munawar whenever it was time to make Mannara jealous, you became close to Ankita and whenever it was time to make Ankita jealous, you became close to Mannara. You’ve survived in the game by using girls).” To this, Munawar responded saying, “Aap bol rahe ho aurato ko kandhe pe le kar gaya hai. Aurato ko respect di hai maine definitely. Kabhi disrespect nahi kari (You are saying I’ve carried women on shoulders. I have definitely given respect to women. I’ve never disrespected them).”
