One of the most controversial reality shows on Indian television – Bigg Boss, is all set to return to our screens for its eighteenth season. With just days left until the Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 18 premieres, all eyes are on who will be the contestants this season. Well, the first confirmed contestant’s name is out and it’s none other than TV actress Nia Sharma.
During the grand finale episode of Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, host Rohit Shetty not only announced Karan Veer Mehra as the season’s winner but also revealed Nia Sharma as the first confirmed contestant of Bigg Boss 18. Scroll below to check out the announcement.
Nia Sharma in Bigg Boss 18
During the grand finale of KKK14, Rohit Shetty announced that one of the contestants who participated in his stunt-based reality show will also be part of the Salman Khan-hosted reality show. As the contestants wonder who that is, Shetty announces Nia Sharma as the first confirmed contestant of Bigg Boss 18.
While this announcement received a round of applause from all present in the stands and got Nia a hug from Bharti Singh, Nia was seen requesting Bigg Boss 17 and KKK 14 contestant Abhishek Kumar to wish her well. Watch the clips here

On September 22, the first-ever promo of Bigg Boss 18 was shared unveiling the season theme and premiere date. While the Salman Khan-hosted show will premiere on October 6 at 9 pm, this season is centred on a unique past, future, and present theme.
About Khatron Ke Khiladi 14
Hosted by Rohit Shetty, this season of the star-studded reality show saw Karan Veer Mehra emerge as the winner whereas Krishna Shroff was announced as the first runner-up and Gashmee Mahajani the second runner-up.
