Bigg Boss co-contestant Abu Malik says that Shehnaaz Gill wanted me to tell Sidharth Shukla to marry her

Abu Malik, Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill’s former Bigg Boss 13 co-contestant, has said that she requested him to play Cupid between them. Abu, the brother of music composer Anu Malik, claimed he spoke with Sidharth just two days earlier. Sidharth died on Thursday, aged 40. In a new interview with E-Times, Abu Malik stated that Sidharth Shukla ‘loved’ Shehnaaz Gill and that if she wasn’t in a good mood, his day would be ruined.

Sidharth and Shehnaaz had been rumoured to be dating since Bigg Boss 13 concluded.  Their admirers referred to them as ‘Sidnaaz.’ Shehnaaz had urged Abu to convince Sidharth to marry her, Abu informed. “It was just two-three days ago that we were in touch and after that, we spoke almost every day. I used to call him and he would take the call. He had stopped taking my calls since a month prior to that and I had called him quite a few times; I guessed that he must be busy. But about three days ago, he returned my call” he said.

On Thursday morning, Sidharth was taken to the Cooper Hospital in Mumbai, but he was confirmed dead upon arrival. “He was transported to the hospital dead. The cause of death will be determined after a post-mortem examination… this may take some time” Cooper Hospital Dean Dr Shailesh Mohite told PTI.
