Bigg Boss OTT 2: Pooja Bhatt NOMINATES Aaliya Siddiqui for playing the victim card of her broken marriage with Nawazuddin Siddiqui

It’s been more than a week since Bigg Boss OTT 2 premiered and a lot has been going on in the house. Just within a week, two evictions have already been done. Puneet Superstar became the first contestant in the history of Bigg Boss to be thrown out. On the other hand, Palak Puruswani got evicted in the first official elimination. In the latest episode of Bigg Boss OTT 2, nomination specials were on the head for the contestants. Actor Pooja Bhatt nominated Aaliya Siddiqui over playing the victim card.

Pooja Bhatt explains her reason for nominating Aaliya Siddiqui

While the nomination specials for this week were conducted in the last episodes, Pooja choose to nominate Aaliya. As the pattern of the show follows contestants are bound to state a reason behind nominating a housemate. Pooja Bhatt is already well known in the show for taking her stance. The actor is quite open about her life and decisions on the show. Stating the reason for nominating Aaliya Siddiqui she said, “I’ve been very confused with Aaliya Siddiqui’s personality in the last week. I have not been able to read her. In the last 24 hours, I saw a glimpse of her which was quite scary.”

Stating the above reason Pooja explained because she felt that Aaliya tried to instigate a fight between Jiya Shankar and Bebika Dhurve. But, she didn’t hesitate to eat a big slice of Bebika’s birthday cake. Pooja said, “When you dislike and hate someone so much, why are you going and eating a piece of their cake with such joy?.”

Pooja tells Aaliya to stop playing the victim card

The actor accused fellow contestant Aaliya of playing the victim card constantly. She said, “These small things reveal a lot about our personalities, badi badi baatein nahi (not all your big talks). We are what we do and not what we say we are going to do. I would like to frankly tell you something, shaadi meri bhi tooti hai dher saari auraton ki tooti hai iske pehle (Even my marriage broke and many women have seen their marriages break), and unfortunately a lot more will go through it in the future. Par, log thak jaate hai victim card se (but people get tired of playing the victim card). I think if you drop the victim card, you will go far in life.”

Aaliya Siddiqui is the ex-wife of Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The former couple is getting a divorce after Aaliya made some serious allegations of infidelity and disowning her kids. In the earlier episode, Aaliya broke down in tears talking about missing her kids. She also said how she wouldn’t be on the show if it weren’t for her divorce.

Even Salman Khan schooled her during the first Weekend Ka Vaar. He asked her to stop discussing her personal life. And only talk about the happenings in the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house.
