‘Bigg Boss 13’: Alleged employee of channel quits job over makers fixing Sidharth Shukla as winner?

Last Saturday, the longest season of ‘Bigg Boss’ came to an end. Sidharth Shukla was announced as the winner but soon netizens and especially Asim fans called out the makers of ‘Bigg Boss 13′ for being biased and fixing the winner in advance. An executive from the Colors’ creative team quit her job for the very same reason.

She alleged that despite receiving fewer votes Sidharth was declared the winner at the behest of the makers. She also said that Asim was the real winner but the channel clearly indulge in unfair practises to make Shukla take the trophy home.

Feriha, the alleged employee of Colors, took to Twitter and wrote, “I have decided to quit my job at @ColorsTV. I had a tremendous time working with the creative department but I can’t demean myself being part of a fixed show. The channel is keen on making Siddharth Shukla the Winner despite less votes. Sorry, I can’t be part of it. #BiggBoss(sic).”

In one of her several tweets, she further wrote, “Throughout the show, Siddharth Shukla abused & disrespected women, maligned their character, used violence, physically assaulted a female cont and the channel wants to crown him as the Winner. What kind of example are we setting to the public here? Sad times! @ColorsTV #BiggBoss.”

Post Feriha’s allegations, Asim’s fans had started trending ‘Boycott Bigg Boss’ and ‘Biased Bigg Boss’. Despite all the outrage, Sidharth was declared the winner. The ex-employee again took to Twitter and wrote, “Damage has been done. World has seen how the public was fooled. The least @ColorsTV& @BiggBossProducers can do is to issue an “unconditional apology” to the Public and give an amount equal to winning cash to Asim Riaz !! Retweet if you agree.(sic)”

However, several Twitter users pointed out that Feriha is not an Indian national so her allegations are completely baseless. Apart from Twitter, she cannot be found on any other social media platform nor there’s any proof that could state that she was indeed an employee of Colors. Also, she has only tweeted about ‘Bigg Boss’ from her handle and rest are just retweets. So that raises suspicion about her claims.
