Bigg Boss 15 wild card contestant Rajiv Adatia reveals Shamita Shetty will be excited as she was ‘begging’ him to join the show

On Saturday’s Weekend Ka Vaar episode, the host Salman Khan introduced the first wild card contestant of Bigg Boss 15 and he was Shamita Shetty’s brother Rajiv Adatia. For the unversed, he is Shamita’s rakhi brother as she and Shilpa Shetty tie him rakhi every year. Well, as Rajiv is set to start his journey Bigg Boss journey, he revealed that Shamita had been begging him to join the show. Before entering the show, Rajiv told to Hindustan Times that she will be shocked to see him there and that he may break down as he has not seen the Mohabbatein actor for the past two years.

Talking about his relationship with Shamita and Shilpa, he said, “I have known them for 10-12 years. I met Shilpa, Shamita and aunty (their mother Sunanda Shetty). We are spiritually connected. Not sure if you have noticed but Shamita is a very spiritual person. My connection with them began on a spiritual level. We are all god-fearing and we nurtured a bond that has since blossomed. I love them dearly.”

“She will be excited, she won’t know what to do. She had been begging me to join the show and I was like ‘because of Covid-19, I won’t come. But you go and enjoy’. Now, she is going to be shocked. I may start crying, I have not seen her in two years. Maybe later I will be jumping around with her,” he added.

Since he is now a part of the show, he was asked about the contestants who are already in the house from day 1. Adatia mentioned liking Tejasswi Prakash, Karan Kundrra and Jay Bhanushali while he hates Vishal Kotian on the show. According to him, Kotian is a two-faced person. Furthermore, seeing so much violence in the show, he also revealed, “I have come with a contract that says that no one can touch me.”

According to him, he said, “There should be stricter rules for any kind of violence. I have told the Bigg Boss team as well.”
