Charu Asopa rubbishes hubby Rajeev Sen’s claims; asks, “Why did he leave me to live on my own during these tough times?”

Rajeev Sen and Charu Asopa are certainly not in a happy place currently. The couple is facing a rough patch in their marriage. Rajeev had recently told the Times of India said that he feels someone is brainwashing his wife. Now Charu has broken her silence on her hubby’s claims. Read on to know what she said.

Commenting on Rajeev’s recent comment on someone brainwashing her, Charu told the Times of India, “No one is brainwashing me. I am mature enough to make my own decisions — something that I have always done. Main hamesha se apne decisions khud leti aayi hoon. Maybe, he was brainwashed into deleting our pictures from his social media handles.”

Further, lashing out at her husband and giving a hint at what went wrong between them, Charu added, “If Rajeev thinks that I am innocent and gullible, and could be influenced by those around me, why did he leave me to live on my own during these tough times? This is the time for families to come together and be by each other’s side. But, Rajeev moved out and flew to Delhi a few days before our first wedding anniversary. It’s been two months now. Why would he do that? Shaq ka koi ilaaj nahi hai (There is no cure for doubt).”

The actress went on to say that there’s a lot that she can reveal now but she would refrain from doing so as she doesn’t want her personal life to become part of people’s gossip session.
