Rajeev Nigam’s son passes away on his birthday; heartbroken comedian says, “Pagle aisa gift koi deta hai?”

Life has a strange way of working and perhaps we mortals will never be able to fathom it completely. Comedian Rajeev Nigam, who never failed to enthral the audiences with his humour, is left heartbroken by the sudden demise of his son Devraj.

The popular comedian shared the sad news with his fans and followers via his social media handle.

Unfortunately, Rajeev lost his son on his birthday. The grief-stricken comedian is completed devastated and his heartfelt post for his son will leave you teary-eyed.

The ‘Har Shaakh Pe Ullu Baithaa Hai’ actor took to his Facebook page and sharing a very cute picture of his late son, he wrote, “What a surprise birthday gift… mera beta devraj aaj mujhe chod ke chala gaya.. bina birthday cake kaate… pagle aisa gift koi deta hai (My son Devraj left for his heavenly abode, without cutting my birthday cake. Who gives such a gift?).”

Back in 2018, Rajeev’s son was put on a ventilator. Reportedly his son’s health worsened in the last two years. Rajeev had put his work on hold to be back with his family in his hometown.
