For television actress Debina Bonnerjee, the strong connection with music that she has goes all the way back to her childhood. Picking up the trait of learning the harmonium from her mother as a child, Debina continued to pursue her interest in music which goes beyond classical as well.
On World Music Day, speaking about her association and passion for music, Debina shares, “Music came into my life pretty early. It was my mom who brought its importance into my life. Watching her learn to play the harmonium interested me as well, so I too would try my hand at it.”

The gorgeous actress further added, “The songs of Rabindranath Tagore caught my interest the most. They influenced me so much that I learnt them to the extent that they are still an essential part of my soul, body and heart. His songs have always helped uplift my mood and brought me into a much happier space at all times. So my connection with music has always been passionate and strong.”
How we would love to hear the actress sing or play an instrument someday. Until that day arrives, you guys stay tuned to this space.
