Devoleena Bhattacharjee REACTS to trolls claiming she’s pregnant: This is another level of hypocrisy

Devoleena Bhattacharjee got married to gym trainer Shanawaz Shaikh in a private ceremony last week. For the uninitiated, Devoleena and Shanawaz had a court marriage. The actress had shared photos on Instagram from her special day. Devoleena, who is known to speak her mind, has now reacted to trolls who claim that the reason she got married is because she’s pregnant.

Speaking with ETimes, Devoleena said, “I don’t need to justify anything to anyone, but there are people around who think that I’m pregnant and hence I got married all of a sudden. I’m so shocked and feel so sad for people who make such poor comments.”

The actress added, “This is another level of hypocrisy that you can’t let go of any single opportunity to torture someone. They can’t see anyone happy. It’s frustrating at times. Why does one need to poke so much into someone’s life? But later I laughed at these comments and let go. I seriously don’t know what is coming next.”

After the wedding, Devoleena had shared photos from the celebrations. The actress wrote, “And yes proudly I can say I am taken & yes shonu “CHIRAAG LEKAR BHI DHOONDTI TOH TUJH JAISE NAHI MILTA” You are the answer of my pain & prayers. I LOVE YOU SHONU. Devoleena is popularly known for playing Gopi in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya. The actress has been a part of many TV shows.
