Devoleena Bhattacharjee & Vishal Singh NOT engaged, reveal truth behind their ‘engagement’

On Wednesday, popular television stars Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Vishal Singh took the internet by storm after they announced their engagement on social media. The actress even flaunted the huge rock in the pictures as she cuddles in the arms of Vishal. However, the duo has now confirmed that they are not engaged, broke the hearts of their fans. They also revealed the truth behind their official ‘engagement’ photos.

Devoleena and Vishal went live on Instagram and revealed that the engagement post was a prank and they are “just great friends.” They stated that they are all set to work together on a music video and the name of their song is It’s official. “The video is called ‘It’s official’ and it’s a very romantic track.”

Further, they added: “Whenever something like this happens, we will tell you guys. We are just great friends.” The song will mark their first collaboration together in the music industry. However, the duo did not disclose details about the music video

Sharing the video, Devoleena Bhattacharjee captioned the video as “It’s a special announcement. Finally, we are together for a music video. Thank you for all your love.” Whereas, Vishal wrote: “Thank you for all the love.”

For the unversed, Devoleena and Vishal worked together in the popular show Saath Nibhana Saathiya, where Devoleena played Gopi Modi, while Vishal played her onscreen brother-in-law Jigar Modi. Devoleena and Vishal share a close bond.

Meanwhile, recently, Devoleena participated in Bigg Boss 15 as a wild card contestant. She got eliminated along with Abhijeet Bichukale in a double eviction before the race to the finale.
