Did Shailesh Lodha refute the rumours of his exit from TMKOC? Actor drops hint in latest post

Shailesh Lodha has been making news ever since it was reported that he is quitting the popular TV show ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’. He plays the role of Taarak in the sitcom. It was recently reported that Shailesh is not happy with his contract and has made up his mind to bid goodbye to the show.

Amid rumours of his exit from the show, Shailesh Lodha has now shared a cryptic post about lies on social media. He shared a picture of himself and wrote, “हबीब सोज़ साहब का एक शेर कमाल का है “यहाँ मज़बूत से मज़बूत लोहा टूट जाता है कई झूठे इकठ्ठे हों, तो सच्चा टूट जाता है.”

Following his social media post, fans took to the comments section and asked him not to leave the show. A fan commented, “Don’t leave the show sir.” Another one wrote, “Sir… TMKOC quit mat kijiye.”

Earlier, ETimes had quoted a source saying, “Shailesh has not been shooting for the show for the last one month and has no plans to return to the show. He is not very happy with his contract and he feels that his dates are not properly used in the show. One of the reasons behind taking this decision is with Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the talented actor is not able to explore other opportunities due to the exclusivity factor.”

The report further added, “He has turned down multiple offers in recent times and now he doesn’t want to waste other opportunities that keep coming his way. The production house is trying its best to convince Shailesh to stay back but looks like the seasoned actor and well-known poet has already made up his mind.”
