Divya Agarwal clarifies divorce rumours with Apurva Padgaonkar says, “None of it is happening”

Divya Agarwal, who married Apurva Padgaonkar on February 20, 2024, recently sparked concerns after deleting her wedding photos from Instagram. This led to speculations about a potential divorce. Addressing the rumours, the Bigg Boss OTT 1 winner clarified the situation on May 27 through a lengthy Instagram story.

In her note, Divya assured fans that she and Apurva are on good terms and dismissed the divorce rumours. She explained that she had removed not only the wedding pictures but also other posts from her feed, emphasising that her decision was not indicative of marital trouble. The Cartel actress expressed frustration over how people selectively reacted to her wedding photos while ignoring her other updates.

Divya also stressed that she wants the media to focus on her professional achievements rather than her personal life. Highlighting her career in shows like Splitsvilla 10, she pointed out that people often have expectations of her that she chooses to defy. Through her statement, Divya aimed to clear the air and redirect attention to her work and career, rather than fueling baseless speculations about her marriage.

Divya’s post read, “I made no noise… I made no comments or stories… I deleted 2500 posts, yet the media chose to see and react only to my marriage. It’s funny how people see and expect things out of me. I have always done something people never expected out of me. And what they expecting now- the babies or divorce?”

She further added,“None of it is happening. In reality, my first pinned post on my profile (Cartel review) is the thing I want to be talked about from now onwards. Every movie ends with a happily ever after, and by god’s grace, my husband is snoring away to glory right next to me.”
