‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress Divya Bhatnagar passes away after losing battle to Covid-19

Just when we think this year could not get any gloomier, the wave of sad news just keeps getting bigger. We lost yet another actor this year as ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress Divya Bhatnagar passed away after losing battle to Covid-19 this morning. The actress was on ventilator support but she could not pull through.

Divya had tested positive for Covid-19 on November 28 and she breathed her last in the wee hours this morning. Reportedly her temperature and oxygen levels were alarming. She had to be put on a ventilator but her recovery was questionable. She was admitted at the SRV Hospital, Goregaon.

According to a report by Spotboye, Divya’s friend Yuvraj Raghuvanshi informed about her demise, said, “Divya passed away at 3am in the night. She had been shifted to Seven Hills Hospital and was suffering from breathing issues since 2 and at 3 doctor declared her death. Its a big shock for me and her family. May her soul rest in peace”.

Earlier Divya had shared a pic from the hospital, requesting her fand to pray for her recovery.

Divya was last seen in the show ‘Tera Yaar Hoon Main’.
