They wrote, “Thanks for your immense love and support. It truly means a lot! After losing so much thankfully the much needed love is not lost! Giving our loved ones and the concerned people an update as we are unable to reply to everyone personally. Currently, our money situation is kind of sorted as we have got some help from a dear friend. We have replaced the rented car as it was thankfully insured. We’ll be heading towards the embassy in another city today to get the emergency certificate sorted. Also, we have not lost everything as being reported. We have a few things left that were in the boot of the car. Also, left with our spirit intact! No one can snatch that away!

Yesterday, the Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor even shared a tweet tagging the Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni. She wrote, “Dear PM Ms @GiorgiaMeloni We were passionately touring Italy until we got robbed. Reported to the police. But robberies are being taken so casually here that we have already lost hope along with our enthusiasm. How will I & my people ever gather courage to visit Italy again?

Another tweet has Divyanka talking about the safety of the tourists. She wrote, “Our embassy is helping us, but how about Italy taking up responsibility of safety for the tourists. It’s not only about us, but cumulatively all those who save up & spend a fortune to be here.
