Divyanka Tripathi feels she was ‘a misfit’ for Khatron Ke Khiladi 11; says ‘had a feeling since the beginning I’d not win it’

Actor Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya was one of the strongest contestants in the stunt-based show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. In fact, the Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor was the first runner-up while Arjun Bijlani emerged as the winner of the show. Despite coming all the way to the end, Divyanka says she was a misfit for the show. Moreover, she even reveals that since the beginning, she had a feeling that she would not win the show. However, Tripathi is surprised to see herself successfully performing the stunts in the show.

She says to ETimes, “When I entered the show I didn’t even think that I would reach the finale. I not only surprised myself but everyone else. Many people thought I was a misfit for the show and were surprised to see me perform the stunts. But I had a feeling since the beginning of the show that I would not win it. But the kind of love and respect I have earned through this show is priceless.”

Divyanka Tripathi even feels she was not fittest among the contestant as she says, “I think I was a common man on the show. I wasn’t the fittest of them all. And people sometimes tend to underestimate women who handle households. I didn’t know how far I could push myself, but I had one thing in my mind that I would never say no. I am happy that I have set an example and through this, I hope people see that if they are determined they can do things.”

Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya competed with Shweta Tiwari, Abhinav Shukla, Vishal Aditya Singh, Aastha Gill, Sana Makbul, Anushka Sen, Rahul Vaidya, Sourabh Raaj Jain, Arjun Bijlani, Varun Sood, Nikki Tamboli, Mahekk Chahal in the show.
