Divyanka Tripathi gives a befitting answer to a troll asking her why doesn’t she wear a ‘dupatta’

Divyanka Tripathi might come across as someone with a sweet demeanor but she also knows how to respectfully give it back to those who write from a place of troll. Recently, a Twitter user commented on Divyanka’s post asking her why doesn’t she wear a dupatta (veil) while hosting Crime Patrol episodes. Replying to that, Divyanka reiterated that she does it so that ‘men like him can learn to respect women without dupatta as well.” She even schooled that person to check his character and intent because his thoughts reflect it pretty clearly.

Divyanka Tripathi wrote, “Taaki aap jaise bin dupatte ki ladkiyon ko bhi izzat se dekhne ki aadat dalein! Kripya khud ki aur apne aas paas ke ladkon ki neeyat sudharen, na ki aurat jaat ke pehnaave ka beda uthaayen! Mera shareer, meri aabru, meri marzi! Aap ki sharaafat, aap ki marzi! (So that people like you can learn to respect women without dupatta as well. Please improve your intent and character rather than questioning a woman’s character basis what she wears. My body, my wish! Your character, your wish!)” This is not the first time Divyanka has responded strongly to these comments.

Meanwhile, Divyanka Tripathi is currently in Cape Town as a contestant for Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. The actress has been sharing a couple of pictures from their BTS fun and boy, we are enjoying every bit of it. This is probably the first time we will be seeing Divyanka in a fiery avatar doing stunts in a reality show. She is joined by the likes of Shweta Tiwari, Abhinav Shukla, Rahul Vaidya, Arjun Bijlani among others for the show.
