Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya ring in their third wedding anniversary in the hospital 

Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya have been treating their fans with their Macau vacation pictures. They celebrated their third wedding anniversary under unusual circumstances.

The wedding anniversary celebrations were dampened after Vivek suddenly fell ill and had to be hospitalized in Mumbai. As per reports, the actor has been suffering from intestinal infection and liver abyss. Divyanka took to her Instagram handle and shared pictures from the hospital where she can be seen posing with hubby Vivek after cutting the cake. With the post, the actress also revealed that she and Vivek couldn’t have a piece of cake. Check out the post right here.

The much-in-love couple, Divyanka and Vivek celebrated their most special day in the hospital alongside their family members. Divyanka-Vivek were earlier gearing up to host the pre-launch episode of the celebrity dance reality show  ‘Nach Baliye 9’. But because of  Vivek’s sudden illness, the duo won’t be able to take part in the show.

The actress herself had confirmed the news. While talking about Vivek’s health condition, she had informed Pinkvilla, “Yes, Vivek has been extremely unwell. I have been shuffling between the shoot and hospital and luckily my family is also going to be in town soon to help us out. He is still recuperating and has been asked to stay on bed rest for a few days even post getting discharged. We’ve shot for our performance piece but anchoring would not be possible for Vivek. I’m not sure either about my involvement in it. Busy with him for now.”
