Actress Donal Bisht who gained a humongous fanbase owing to her stellar performances in shows like ‘Ek Deewana Tha’, ‘Roop-Mard Ka Naya Swaroop’, and ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ will soon be seen in two altogether contrast characters in her upcoming web shows ‘The Socho Project’ and ‘In Cold Blood’
Donal has spilled beans on her upcoming show ‘In Cold Blood’ in which she plays the role of a social worker alongside Iqbal Khan. Talking about her experience working with the veteran actor, she says “The experience was amazing, you tend to learn a lot of things when the other person himself is so experienced. I learned a lot from him. He never even once showed that he is a senior rather he was very down to earth and very well conducted and a well-behaved person. We used to perform all the scenes after discussing with each other and he made everyone very comfortable. He was a very supportive co-star.”
Donal was last seen in ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ and she hasn’t been seen playing a full-fledged role on TV post that. On this, she says, “It is very funny actually, but after working for back to back 4 years I was craving for more creative work and something where I can put myself in a position to explore more new things and learn more in life. I don’t want to stand still in one place and nowadays the way web-series are being made is more creative and the space to learn is more. I wanted to do something different. And for me, my creative satisfaction is more than earning money. It is true that TV gives you monetary stability as you work for years and years. But for me my life became stagnant. Moreover, I believe that once you do good work you get monetary stability too. But I was more bothered for the creative side.”

Lastly, when asked about what’s next for Donal Bisht, to which she asserts, “There are a lot of things, I have just now completed two web series. There are a couple of music videos that I shot. Due to the lockdown, there were things that got delayed otherwise my first series would have been out in July only but now it will be coming out in December. I cannot wait for my fans to see me in a whole new different avatar.”
