Actress Mouni Roy tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend Suraj Nambiar on January 27 in Goa. The wedding took place in both Malayali and Bengali rituals. The Malayali wedding was in the morning while the Bengali wedding was in the evening. From fans, followers, friends and colleagues from the industry, everyone congratulated the actress on social media. Ekta Kapoor also showered love and blessings on Mouni.

Ekta shared a dreamy picture of Mouni and Suraj from the Bengali wedding and penned a sweet note. “Yesterday my darling @imouniroy found her partner for life ! Only blessing n love for u! Ur going to always b special ! U have a heart of gold n may u shine thru life n all its nee beginnings! It’s also special that ur most special day n my most special day is. D same ! ( my sons bday n ur wedding day)! @imouniroy all I can say u found ur ‘ manI’ (sic),” wrote the TV czarina. In the pic, Suraj was putting sindoor on Mouni’s maang.
