Ekta Kapoor shares the sweetest birthday wish for bestie Smriti Irani; says, ‘You have lost a lot of weight and I’m jealous’

TV Czarina Ekta Kapoor and Smriti Irani go a long way back. Smriti rose to fame with her portrayal of Tulsi in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. The former actress is now a Minister in the Union Cabinet of India. Today as Smriti is celebrating her 45th birthday, Ekta shared a heartfelt birthday post for her. Read on to know what the TV czarina shared for her BFF.

Wishing her bestie on her birthday, Ekta took to her Instagram handle and wrote, “Happie bday buddy! There is no one. Like u! A super mom… wife …friend …human and a leader extraordinaire! Today get off ur diet pls! U have lost a lot of weight n I’m jealous! Happie bdayyy (sic).”

Responding to Ekta’s post, Smriti commented, “Your wishes mean the world to me ❤️thank you for all the love … blessings to my babies Lakku & Ravie ?❤️(sic).”

Apart from Ekta, Tanuj Garg, Harleen Sethi, Rahul Dev and Ritu Chaudhry also showered love and good wishes on Smriti.

A few days back on Smriti’s 20th wedding anniversary with husband Zubin Irani, Ekta had shared a lovely throwback picture of the lovebirds. Wishing the couple, the producer had written, “Happie anniversary love birds ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️(sic).”
