Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has been dominating the headlines recently and unfortunately, it hasn’t been for good reasons. Now, a recent report reveals he’s in legal trouble again.
As per several media reports, Elvish has now been booked by the Gurugram Police for using prohibited snakes in his videos. Read on to know details about it.
Elvish Yadav’s latest FIR
According to media reports, Elvish Yadav – who now has three cases filed against him in Delhi-NCR, has been booked by the Gurugram Police for using prohibited snakes in his videos. As per the report, the Gurugram Police on Saturday booked the Bigg Boss fame and singer Rahul Yadav, known as Fazalpuria, in this case.
The booking is a result of a recent order from a court in Gurugram ordering the police to file an FIR against the social media influencer after animal rights activist Saurabh Gupta approached the court against a video shot by Elvish Yadav. The video in question was shot at Gurugram’s Earth Iconic Mall in Sector 71 last year.
Gupta works with BJP MP Maneka Gandhi’s People for Animals. He moved the court stating that Elvish and 50 other people used various snakes prohibited under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972, in a viral video. The complaint stated that last year he lodged a complaint with the police and met the Gurugram Commissioner in person but there was no action.
Elvish Yadav legal issues
