Elvish Yadav Snake Venom Case: PFA activist files FIR in Ghaziabad

Popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav has made the headlines for all the wrong reasons, as he has once again faced an FIR by Saurabh Gupta, a PFA activist. He had alleged threats, stalking and murder conspiracy by Elvish and his associates.

Saurabh accused Yadav of conducting a reconnaissance outside his house, following his car, and even breaking into his community under false pretences in his complaint, which was submitted to the Nandgram Police Station in Ghaziabad. He claimed that in a car accident, the accused might kill him and his brother.

He claimed that since a lawsuit was brought against the accused, he and his followers—who use the social media handle Elvish Army—have been disseminating false information about him and his family. Videos of Saurav, his brother, and the Noida Police plotting against Elvish Yadav are being circulated.

After experiencing harassment, the complainant deleted his Facebook account. A video that Elvish Yadav released a few days ago was referenced in the complaint. wherein Yadav threatened to kidnap and murder Gupta as a warning against the plaintiff.
