EXCLUSIVE: After Shehnaaz Gill, Arshi Khan to have a swayamvar soon; to replace Kuch Toh Hai?

After the infamous swayamvar of Rakhi Sawant, Rahul Mahajan and the latest Shehnaaz Gill, looks like another former contestant of Bigg Boss will have her swayamvar soon. As per sources, Arshi Khan has been approached by the channel to have a swayamvar of her own. The show will reportedly replace Krishna Mukherjee and Harsh Rajput starter Kuch Toh Hai, which hasn’t been doing well on the BARC list.

Sources reveal, “Arshi Khan has been approached for a reality show which has been tentatively titled ‘Aayenge Tere Sajna (Season 1 with Arshi Khan)’. Arshi reportedly has shown her interest for the same and the modalities are being worked upon.” The same source added that since Kuch Toh Hai has been underperforming, the channel is looking for a reality show to replace it to utilise the prime time slot well. We tried reaching Arshi Khan who did not confirm the news but did not deny it either.

Meanwhile, earlier today, there were reports that a warning has been sent to Kuch Toh Hai makers with regards to the TRP. Kuch Toh Hai replaced Naagin 5 starring Surbhi Chandna, Sharad Malhotra, Mohit Sehgal just recently. The show, however, has failed to create any buzz whatsoever. “It is too early to predict that the show will go off air. But during the pandemic when quick decisions are taken about TV shows that do not find a good viewership, anything is possible,” the source stated to TOI.
