EXCLUSIVE: Hina Khan and Shaheer Sheikh on ShaHina brand and if they feel any pressure

Hina Khan and Shaheer Sheikh aka ShaHina are amongst the most loved and adored onscreen pairs of the entertainment industry. The actors first collaborated for the music video Baarish Ban Jaana which was a massive hit. Shaheer and Hina recently piqued the interest of their fans when they dropped hints about their next project. The duo recently featured in the music video titled Mohabbat Hai, which was released a few days ago. As there is much craze about the ShaHina brand, in an exclusive chat with us, Hina Khan and Shaheer Sheikh opened up about if they feel any pressure, ahead of the release of their new song.

Hina told Bollywood Bubble, “I feel it. I won’t deny. I do, because people have a lot of expectations from us, especially from the hashtag ShaHina. They have a lot of expectations. Baarish ke baad (after Baarish Ban Jaana), this is the first time, we’ve come together again. So, people are expecting a lot. And, kahi na kahi (And, somewhere), I am also like, ‘ki pata nahi kya hoga’ (don’t know what will happen).”

The actress added, “But, in the back of my mind, I have this thing that Hina it can happen. What Baarish did, it may happen, but it may not happen also. So you’ve got to be prepared for that. It’s okay. I mean, you always give your hundred percent and I think people also understand it.”

She continued, “Not everything is going to be a big massive hit. Sometimes, people may like the song, they may listen to it and then they may give it a pass and move on to another one. But not everything is Baarish Ban Jaana, It was the Top 10 song of 2021. I mean, usko beat karna is not easy.”

Shaheer said, “I think more than us, it is challenging for the composers and the singers to top that last song. They have to come up with something even better than last time. Even the song, I have loved it.”

Khan added, “It’s a really nice song. It’s a nice melodious track. And, I mean it all depends on people how they receive it.”

Meanwhile, in the past few days, Shaheer and Hina have been teasing fans with the new and interesting posters of their music video Mohabbat Hai. The song Mohabbat Hai was released on December 14.
