EXCLUSIVE: Never asked to evict Sidharth Shukla: Umar Riaz shares his intent behind his BB13 tweet

Doctor/ model Umar Riaz was the latest one to get evicted from Bigg Boss 15 after he pushed his co-contestant Pratik Sehajpal during a task. Considering that he was one of the strongest players of BB15, fans were heartbroken to see him leave the show when they are close to the finale. While some fans called out on the makers of BB15 for their unfair eviction of Umar, some dug out one of his old tweets criticising Sidharth Shukla for getting physical with Asim Riaz. Talking about his old tweet. Well, after his eviction, Umar Riaz spoke about his old tweet during an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble.

Explaining what his tweet actually meant, Umar said, “Yes, I have mentioned it before but I said that thing is wrong like strict action should have been taken, I never said that throw Sidharth out of the show. Strict action like as I have done something, they should have shifted me from VIP (zone) when Karan (Kundrra) did, he was nominated, if Shamita (Shetty), then they should have nominated.”

Asim Riaz’s brother also mentioned that his eviction was unfair as other contestants have also done it before and no strict action was taken. He feels that Bigg Boss thought as Karan Kundrra, Shamita Shetty, Tejasswi Prakash are bigger stars, eliminating a small player will be enough. He said, “If you see the whole picture, what Karan, Shamita or me have given to the show, we have worked so hard, when something like that happens, then gives us (second chance) or be equal with everyone. Then take out Karan, Shamita, Tejasswi (Prakash) or throw me out, it is okay. Be fair with everyone know, the rules should be for everyone. You can’t be just playing according to your convenience because they are bigger stars and the show will not move ahead so  you going to take them out but yeah, a small player has done so let’s throw him out.”

“Then you can’t do that, the rules should be the same for everyone. If I was physical and threw me out, then I’m fine but please throw three of them out – Shamita pushed Rakhi (Sawant), Tejasswi has pushed (Abhijeet) Bichukale as well as Afsana (Khan) KK has pushed Pratik (Sehajpal). Throw everyone out na, then I would say that Bigg Boss make us do what they say to do it,” Umar concluded.
