Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar are some of the most popular couples in the Indian Television industry. The lovebirds tied the knot on 16th July 2021. The couple had a grand wedding which was attended by their close friends and family. Now, in a fun chat with Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar for Chemistry 101 Season 2 on Bollywood Bubble, the couple revealed all that went into planning their wedding.
Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar tied the knot within five months after the singer’s exit from Bigg Boss. The couple shared that their parents were happy with their choice so the couple never faced any opposition or parental pressure. Also added how hectic it was to plan a wedding amid COVID times.
During the chat with Bollywood Bubble, Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar revealed how their parents reacted to their news. Disha said, “My parents knew about him and they had met him before, and of course, he is a very likeable guy. My mom especially loves him. So they were not like no they accepted him. So it was all smooth.”
Rahul opened up on his parent’s reaction and said, “They have always let my choices be my choices. They have always let me decide things they said where you are happy we are happy.”
Rahul Vaidya and Disha Parmar added that they got married within five months of Rahul’s coming out from Bigg Boss. “I came out in February and we got married in July. In between, I even went for Khatron Ke Khiladi for 45 days. So we didn’t have time at all. The best part is if I say, you will laugh. A night before we were to get married we were making the invitations. The lights too were not put on. Till the last moment, we were messaging please come tomorrow for the wedding.

Disha added, “We had made in bulk those invitations that were never delivered finally we just dumped them”. Rahul added, “The reason is that we got married in COVID times so we had to bifurcate people so many will attend this function so many that. In fact, people are still upset that you have not invited us to your wedding. It was crazy but the good part was we both enjoyed it.”
