EXCLUSIVE: Rithvik Dhanjani on bond with Super Dancer Chapter 4 judges Shilpa Shetty, Geeta Kapur, Anurag Basu

After three successful seasons, one of the most loved dancing reality shows is all set to return with season 4. We’re talking about Super Dancer Chapter 4. Yes, Super Dancer Chapter 4 premieres today, i.e. March 27. With Shilpa Shetty, Geeta Kapur and Anurag Basu taking the judges seat, the excitement is very high. Super Dancer Chapter 4 also sees the return of handsome hunk Rithvik Dhanjani as the host. Yes, Rithvik has for the fourth time for the show and is uber excited for this new journey.

In the recent exclusive chat with Bollywood Bubble, Rithvik Dhanjani opened up about hosting Super Dancer Chapter 4, his love for dance and shooting amid the COVID scare. He also revealed his ‘special bond’ with Super Dancer Chapter 4 judges Shilpa Shetty, Geeta Kapur and Anurag Basu. Ask him what brings him back to hosting Super Dancer every season, Rithvik Dhanjani said, “The love for my show. I don’t wanna leave my show, I don’t wanna leave my family it’s one u unit. We have made a record which is it being the first reality show where the judges and anchors have not been changed. It is the same team the same family so how can I leave my family.”

When asked what does hosting a show teach him, he shares, “As a host, you are not wearing a mask of a character, you learn as a human being, you learn from incidents you have been into. Also, you learn from the stories of the participants about their family, struggle with life and things.”

Dance for Rithvik is “a form of expressing your true self, an emotion that you are going through. Your heart beats to music then there is automatically synchronizing and then dance happens to you. It expresses who we are.” He also revealed that ‘Hip-Hop’ is his favourite dance form.

Ask Rithvik how his bond has become stronger with the judges, he expressed, “It has been better day by day as you move ahead. Every year we keep learning about ourselves and about each other, understanding and falling in love with each other. So, the bond has become so much stronger.”

Lastly, when asked if he is apprehensive to shoot amid the COVID scare, Rithvik Dhanjani shares, “Well, not really. I am not as paranoid as I was once ago. I believe it is a pandemic, it is deadly, but we have to learn to live with it. We have to make this out part of our lives because we cannot cowardly live our lives since we all want to live our lives and earn.”

“We have all seen the disaster it brought to homes and businesses and the social life of people. So if actors like us cancel a shoot then the entire unit of 100-200 people are unable to take of their family so we have to work keeping in mind the safety. COVID will be there and hit the world equally so we have to keep on going forward keeping it safe and forwarding,” he concludes.
