Recently, Shaheer Sheikh got into an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble where he opened up about this issue, revealing if it has ever hindered him getting projects on other mediums, especially on the big screen.
Talking about the label of a TV actor and how it has affected him in trying to take a step from TV to films, the actor said, “Everyone wants to do good work. Agar platform better hai, bada hai you want to do that (If the platform is bigger and better, you would want to do that). But I also feel at the same time whatever I have got, I never expected ki itna bhi kuch milega mujhe. (But I also feel at the same time whatever I have got, I never expected that I will get even that much). How I convince myself is that an old lady sitting at home, who doesn’t go out to movie theatres and can only watch TV, it’s my duty to entertain her. So, that’s my motivation to go and work every single day.”
