EXCLUSIVE: Soundarya Sharma clarifies whether her skit with Archana Gautam was a dig at Sajid Khan or not

Soundarya Sharma is the latest contestant to get evicted from the Bigg Boss 16 house. She was evicted from the Bigg Boss house after her co-contestants named her for the eviction on Sunday’s episode. The actress was quite popular for her gameplay in the house, she was also in news for her skit with Archana Gautam which many presumed was a dig at filmmaker Sajid Khan.

Post-eviction Soundarya sat down for an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble and clarified whether her little skit with Archana Gautam was a dig at Sajid Khan or not.

Soundarya said, “It was just random, just the easiest thing. We did not have to write the script, this was something a day-to-day common thing. See Saas Bahu was the easiest thing but how much Saas bahu can we do? She is more into Saas Bahu zone so we played that, I was the bahu and she played my saas. I told her that only a bahu like me can take of her. So I am that person, as I am a good listener and she is just not a good listener. So we are like complete poles apart. But we did the skit just for fun. I mean no offence if someone felt bad as it was in a very healthy and good spirit.”

On being told that viewers felt that it was a dig at someone she said, “Oh no, not at all. No way never, never, ever, never. Not even in the wildest dreams. Sajid ji is one of the most favourite contestants for me and he was the calming and binding factor in the Bigg Boss 16 house. If not for him it would have been impossible for the contestants to cover the 16 weeks so easily.”
