Recently, an FIR was lodged against controversy queen Rakhi Sawant and her brother Rakesh Sawant. The complaint was lodged at Vikaspuri police station in Delhi. According to Navbharat Times, the FIR states -Shailesh Srivastava, who is a retired bank employee, met Rakesh, through his friend Raj Khatri to start a new business. They had also decided to make a film based on Baba Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s life. They had even planned for a dance institute, of which Rakhi was supposed to be a part. Rakesh was the one who had ensured that on behalf of Rakhi.
For the same, Rakesh and Raj took Rs 6 lakh from Shailesh and gave him a PDC (post-dated-check) of Rs 7 lakh. On reaching the bank, Shailesh found that the signatures were wrong. Reportedly later when Shailesh tried to contact the sister-brother duo but they spoke or met. Now that a case has been filed against them, the sister-brother both have spoken to the media and cleared the air.

While speaking to SpotboyE Rakhi said, “It has nothing to do with me, my legal team will file a defamation suit soon. This is a publicity stunt and our legal team will take action,” Commenting on the dance institute mention in the FIR, Rakesh said, “I invested ₹3 lakhs for the renovation of the institute in 2017. But just before we could open the institute, I had to return to Mumbai for my mother’s stomach operation. Rakhi has nothing to do with all this. She has no clue about the deal.”
According to Rakesh when Rakhi came out from the Bigg Boss 14 house these people have started harassing them again as they wanted to use Rakhi’s fame. Currently, Rakhi’s mother is undergoing cancer treatment. Rakhi’s close friends Kashmera Shah, Sambhavana Seth, Vikas Gupta paid her a visit recently. The actress also hosted a party recently in which we saw the presence of her Bigg Boss friends.
