Gauahar Khan is ‘grateful’ for Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta’s Lovely Lolla; says, “The story is mad and amazing”

Gauahar Khan, who has already won so much love in the past episodes of Lovely Lolla, is set to impress audiences once again with her role in Lolla. Expressing her gratitude for being part of the show, she shared, “Living your dream, working is a blessing where I am being restored. I am grateful to the Almighty and the people who are giving me the opportunity to work.”

She specifically thanked the producers, Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta, for entrusting her with the role of Lolla. “I am actually very grateful to Ravi and Sargun that they thought of me for Lolla. I love my character, I loved working with them.”

Talking about the uniqueness of the show, Gauahar said, “The story is mad, and such an amazing one. It has a very deep message but in a very entertaining way, which is a very unique, nice, and good way.” She further revealed an interesting contrast in the storyline, “And Lolla is the complete opposite of Lovely. The story of how, why, and also how they fall in love with the same person is a total fun story, which you’ll see unfold in the forthcoming episodes.”

Highlighting the strength of the ensemble cast, she praised veteran actress Dolly Ahluwalia, who plays her on-screen mother, calling her “a legend in the industry.” She also appreciated her co-star Nikhil Khurana, stating, “He has done such amazing work and also fits in as Arjun perfectly. We have loved working with him and also have some amazing other artists as well.”

Gauahar credited director Abhijeet Das for his vision and leadership, saying, “He is the captain of the ship and has really kept us on track with our performances.” She also reiterated her admiration for Ravi and Sargun as producers, adding, “The set is amazing, it is a very real world, and you are made to believe that it is true.”
