Gauahar Khan HITS back at trolls who criticized her for sharing dance videos post her father’s demise

Actress Gauahar Khan who lost her father one and a half months back came live on social media and blasted people for judging her. A visibly angry Gauahar slammed people on social media for being unnecessarily judgemental. She says, “People started commenting on my social media about me posting dance videos. Who are they to judge me? Do people know how much it takes to heal people who have lost someone so close? In Islam you can’t mourn for more than three days, you just need to move on. You need to carry on with the love of the person whom you have lost. Keep your judgements with you and let people heal the way they want to. Please stop judging and don’t expect people to answer. No one is answerable to you.”

Gauahar also says,” Live life and let life.” Someone also asked during the live session why she has not posted anything on the sudden demise of Hina Khan’s father. To this Gauahar also reacted and mentioned that with Hina she has a heart-to-heart connection and no one should tell her what to do. Writing something on social media is not a validation. Gauahar also thanked her loyal fans and confessed how lucky she is to be married to Zaid.

Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar got married in a lavish nikaah ceremony on December 25, last year. Their wedding festivities began with the traditional ‘chiksa’ ceremony where Gauahar opted to wear a brocade gold lehenga with a quirky embellished blouse in yellow. The choli featured a drooping silhouette and mirror-work. Gauahar paired the ensemble with floral jewellery – a mang tika, bangles, necklace and haath phool, with an embroidered potli bag. Zaid, on the other hand, wore a white kurta and chudidar pyjama. He also wore a jacket that matched Gauhar’s lehenga.
Gauahar was last seen in the Amazon series Tandaav.
