Gauahar Khan shares her ‘most favourite memory’ of her late father from her nikaah with Zaid Darbar; Watch

Gauahar Khan is in shock and pain. The actress who had been praying for her father’s good health lost him recently. Gauahar Khan’s father passed away leaving her and the family reeling in pain. Her father was undergoing treatment and was hospitalized for about two weeks. Gauahar had been sharing updates with her fans regarding her father’s health and asking them to pray for his recovery. However, yesterday (March 5, 2021), Gauahar Khan’s father bid his heavenly abode.

The actress was really close to her father, and is trying to come to terms with the fact that he is no more between them. She had asked fans to keep her father’s in their prayers, as she bid him a final adieu. Now, just a few moments ago, Gauahar Khan shared an unseen video from her wedding with Zaid Darbar. In the clip, her father is seen praying for her daughter and is very emotional. Gauahar Khan remembered her father in this heart-melting video and called it the most favourite memory of her life.

“My Father My Pride! Zafar Ahmed Khan, you are the real STAR. My pappa praying for me at my Nikah (my most fave memory of my life),” an emotional Gauahar Khan wrote. “My worlds have stopped. May you walk with the angles. Love you, Pappa,” read a slate on the video.

The reason for the demise of Gauhar Khan’s father is not yet known. Also, the reason for his deteriorating health condition is not yet unveiled. The last rites of Zafar Ahmed Khan were held yesterday in Mumbai. Gauahar Khan’s family members and close friends also paid their last respects to him.

Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar tied the knot on December 25, 2020. The tragic incident of Gauahar’s father’s demise took place merely two months after her nikaah.
