Indian Idol 12: Neha Kakkar gets emotional as Santosh Anand shares financial issues; Donates a huge amount

Neha Kakkar is not only known for her songs but also for her love and affection towards others. Known to be the ’emotional’ one, Neha never fails to win hearts with her generous and friendly nature. And this is exactly what happened on Indian Idol 12. Neha Kakkar along with Vishal Dadlani and Himesh Reshammiya is judging the singing reality show. While the Indian Idol 2020 is doing fab, it recently caught people’s attention, all credits to Neha.

The songstress yet again did a good deed and extended her support to veteran lyricist Santosh Anand. She donated a huge amount of Rs. 5 lakhs to Santosh Anand as he shared his monetary struggles. And all this took place on the sets of Indian Idol 12. The show hosts special guests every weekend. Now in the upcoming episode, veteran musician Pyarelal ji will grace Indian Idol 12. He will be accompanied by his wife and Santosh Anand ji.

During the episode, Santosh Anand ji opened up about his financial struggles. He shared how he is in debt and is facing a difficult situation monetarily. Santosh ji’s story will touch Neha’s heart and, she decides to help him. Neha Kakkar then announces support to him of Rs. 5 lakhs. Not only this, but the popular songstress also urged others from the entertainment industry to come out and help Santosh ji in his difficult phase.

“I would like to give Rs 5 lakh as a small gesture. I would also like to request the Indian entertainment industry to give Santosh ji some work as he has been such a crucial part of our industry. We must help our colleagues in their bad times,” an emotional Neha Kakkar expressed.

Vishal Dadlani also offered support and asked Santosh Anand ji to share his few songs with him, which he will help release soon. Neha Kakkar also spread the magic of her voice, leaving everyone awestruck. She crooned to yesteryear classic “Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai,” originally penned by Santosh Anand ji for film Shor. The veteran lyricist also joined her in singing a few lines.
