Ishita Dutta & Vatsal Sheth are expecting their 2nd child; actor says, “It came as a surprise”

Actor Vatsal Sheth is full of joy as he is all set to welcome his second child with actress Ishita Dutta this July. On Valentine’s Day, Ishita shared a post about their hearts growing again and there was speculation that the star couple is expecting their second child.

Vatsal Sheth confirmed that he is expecting a second child with Ishita

Speaking to Hindustan Times, Vatsal that the pregnancy came as a surprise. He said, “It came as a surprise, a very, very happy surprise. When Ishita told me about the pregnancy, I was like ‘Oh! Wow’. Samjh nahin aa raha tha. It was such big news for me as a father and once it registered, I was joyful.”

He further added, “We did take time to let the news sink in before we decided to let the world know that the newest member of our family is due in July.”

Tarzan: The Wonder Car disclosed that the couple has agreed that Ishita will care for the infant and Vatsal will look after their son Vaayu when the second child is born.

Ishita and Vatsal tied the knot in 2017. The couple fell in love during the shoot of a TV show, Rishton Ka Saudagar – Baazigar. On July 19, 2023, the two welcomed their first child, a son, whom they named Vayu.

On the work front, Ishita was last seen in Drishyam 2 alongside Ajay Devgn and Tabu. She is currently shooting for another project. On the other hand, Vatsal was last seen in Adipurush alongside Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan and Kriti Sanon.
